After a very fair counter offer from the sellers, Brian and I accepted. So we're officially "under contract" for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a three-car garage. Pending a successful inspection next week ($275 well spent to avoid buying a lemon!), we'll be moving in sometime on or after March 18.
And really, I'm not sure what we'll do with all that space! We've been crammed into a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for about nine months.
Here's hoping the house passes inspection with flying colors, because things have been going smoothly so far.
And I can't wait to move in and start taking reservations for visitors!
