Holidays are here?!

How on earth did it get to be Thanksgiving time?
I mean, I've seen Christmas decorations in stores since mid-October, but with our cross-country move, wedding, honeymoon and getting "settled in," this year has really FLOWN.
Now, suddenly, it's Thanksgiving week and, although I'm ecstatic to be able to spend it with my new husband and my parents, I'm also thinking I should probably get on the ball and decide what we're doing for Christmas and for gifts. If the wedding isn't a good enough excuse for putting me behind on all of this, then I blame the lack of cold weather for throwing off my schedule. It's still in the 70s!
